Cancellation Policy

1. Tuition & Payment Program tuition is determined by the selected monthly price plan and includes weekly tutoring sessions based on the chosen package. The 4-session plan allows up to four (4) sessions per month, while the 8-session plan provides a maximum of eight (8) sessions per month. Our tutoring program is designed for measurable academic progress and requires a minimum 6-month commitment. Following the initial 6-month period, parents must renew the contract for another 6 months until the student is withdrawn from the program. Monthly tuition payments are due on the same date each month, based on the first payment date, and will be automatically charged to the credit/debit card on file. 2. Withdrawal Policy If you choose to withdraw your child from the tutoring program, you must email a two-week notice to info@academictutoringacademy.com before the next 6-month renewal payment date. Failure to provide timely notice may result in continued billing for the next enrollment period. 3. Cancellation & Make-Up Sessions Clients may cancel a tutoring session by providing at least 48 hours’ prior notice, allowing for rescheduling. Sessions missed without 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full rate and will NOT be rescheduled. Students must complete all make-up sessions within 30 days of the originally missed session. Scheduled Sunday make-up sessions will be available to accommodate students who miss a session. In lieu of refunds, make-up sessions will be scheduled whenever the tutoring center is closed. If four (4) cancellations occur within a single package, Academic Tutoring Academy reserves the right to terminate the tutoring package.
